Hello random browsers and followers. It's the start of a new week and I have a lot of stuff going for me at the moment.
First off: The PC I was building is finally complete (sort of)! I was planning to buy the parts for my PC next month but I really needed something to work with so that I could continue doing my article thing over at OnRPG, so I went through with it and got $300 worth of parts to get it finished. It doesn't have all of the parts that I want in it, but it's still a whole lot better then what I was working with before.
I just made the jump from this:
CPU: Pentium III 800Mhz
PSU: 300W
GPU: ATI Radeon 9200 128mb
RAM: 512MB SDRAM
HDD: 40-50GB
Sound: (Onboard AC' 97 Sound)
OS: Windows XP Pro SP3 (bootleg)
To this:
CPU: Intel Core i5 750 - 2.6GHz
PSU: Antec EarthWatts 650W
CASE: Antec 300 Gaming Case
GPU: Nvidia GeForce 7600 GS 256MB
RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws DDR3 Triple Channel RAM 4GB (Only running on Dual Channel, though)
HDD: WD Caviler Black 1TB
Sound: (Onboard HD Sound)
OS: Windows 7 Pro 64-BIT (Legit)
The GPU is incredibly outdated and there's only stock fans on it, so I'm not going to attempt overclocking anything just yet. Gotta get a better PSU and liquid cooling later.
In fact, this isn't the grand PC I'm planning. It's pretty much built so I can run all those MMOs I play. Skee and Crunchy over at VGC pretty much clarified that it's a whack build, but hey it works for what I need it for. The PC i'm shooting for later on will be much more grand then this. Better mobo, CPU and all that good stuff. But for now, I'm pleased with what I have.

If you have or have not noticed: My twitter account is suspended! It got suspended because I keep hitting the tweet button when the servers were having a technical issue. I've been trying to get it back for three days, but no luck. Hopefully I'll have it back this week... Hopefully.

I got new projects and articles to work on for OnRPG this week! MageMoa over at OnRPG is taking off for a month or so to finish up his last year at college/university/etc. so his articles were put up for grabs. One of his articles was a review for Land of Chaos Online (LOCO,) which I snagged. I've been on and off about trying out LOCO and I guess doing this review is the motivation I need to finally give it a try. I've only spent ten hours on the game so far, but I have a huge sense of deja vu from it already. The game feels a lot like playing Fantasy Earth Zero, except with even looser action gameplay. More on this later.
Also: Soul Master is in open beta (and has been for like a month now,) so I'm in the clear to get started on a review for that, too. I didn't have much negative thoughts on Soul Master during the time I played it, but then again, I didn't get too far into the game, so we'll if my mind on it changes.
And that's about it. I'm not sure what else I'm looking to work on for OnRPG this month, so I'm hoping some more projects start coming in soon!
