    Status update - 9/12/2010

Hello random browsers and followers. It's the start of a new week and I have a lot of stuff going for me at the moment.

First off: The PC I was building is finally complete (sort of)! I was planning to buy the parts for my PC next month but I really needed something to work with so that I could continue doing my article thing over at OnRPG, so I went through with it and got $300 worth of parts to get it finished. It doesn't have all of the parts that I want in it, but it's still a whole lot better then what I was working with before.

Ragnarok Online Review - How Does This Classic MMORPG Stands Today?

    My iRO review is up!

Ragnarok Online was one of the first MMORPGs that got me into the genre, so it holds a special place in my heart, mainly because for me, RO was my ultimate chill out game. Sure, it had a lot of depth in the gameplay, but it was just more fun for me to just sit around and chat due to the game's music and atmosphere. It's nice to know that this game is still alive and (considerably) well.

    So here's my review:

(Just one note I'd like to make: When I said "pseudo turn based" I meant to just say "point and click". I don't know what I was thinking when I mentioned that since there's nothing pseudo turned based about RO with most of the action being actually kinda fast paced in later levels...)

    Status update - 09/01/2010

Hello, random visitors. It's September now and I thought it would be appropriate to post a little bit of what's happen on my end.

Since it's September, I'll be heading back to college to finish up my last semester so I can earn my associates degree in Mass Media (w/ minor in Journalism.) The thing is that when my semester starts, I won't have much access to the PC which I use to play/test games for reviewing and stuff. I'll still be at it from time to time, just not as often as usual.

Hopefully I'll have a new PC by October so I'll be able to have more time to my thing, but that's just what I'm hopping for since I've been trying to get a better PC for YEARS and life just keeps throwing one curve ball after another preventing me from getting it.

I submitted a couple of articles for OnRPG.com so I'll still be updating my blog with those as well.

And... Umm... That's pretty much it! Thanks for taking time out of your day to read this!
