Favorite Game - Magician's Quest

Let's get one thing straight: I'm a pretty big Animal Crossing fan. I've never been a fan of life sim games in general, but there's something about AC that's so relaxing and enjoyable. Maybe it's the idea of living on your own with no cares or responsibilities in the world that draws me into the game so much. As much as I like AC, the events and activities in the game get stale after awhile. The AC series hasn't had many significant changes since it started back on the Nintendo 64 in Japan as "Animal Forest". As an AC fan looking for a change of pace, I found Magician's Quest (MQ) about a year and a half ago. After playing this game for a good year, I can say that MQ is a good alternative...despite its glaring issues.

Kingdom Hearts: 358/2 days - Review

Recently just getting back into the Kingdom Hearts (KH) series in preparation for Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep (which they FINALLY announced for September 7th, 2010,) I played through Kingdom Hearts: 358/2 days for the Nintendo DS. I wasn't expecting much from this since it seems like nothing more then a quick cash in from Square-Enix that has no real business ever being made. After playing this from start to finish, I can safely say that my assumptions were true.

Miles Edgeworth: Ace Attorney Investigations - Review

New to Capcom’s “Ace Attorney” series for the Nintendo DS comes “Miles Edgeworth: Ace Attorney Investigations”. The game is a spin off of the original Ace Attorney adventure game series where you investigate different murder cases and defend clients in court. This time, however, the series shifts the atmosphere from the court room to the crime scene.
